WHY THE UNIVERSAL SPRING COMPRESSOR 91XL-21?

The reason was the inconvenience experienced in the often laborious replacement of air rifle compression springs, which could damage the rifle and the mechanic.                            
The Universal Spring Compressor 91 was developed in the late ’80s, and was introduced to the market in1991 (SC91). In 2006 a extended version (SC91XL) was released due to the increasing sales of air rifles with longer cilinders. In 2021, the construction was sligthy modified by adding a thurst bush to the threaded spindel (SC91XL-21).

LEURS PRECISION a a precision engineering company founded by Anton Leurs. Since its foundation, Leurs Precision  has been engaged in the development of precision mechanical products, the manufacture of prototypes and also speciliazed technical work on site at various costumers.  

Since 2005, LEURS PRECISION has become more involved in the production of mechanical precision components/products ranging from underwater applications (electrical connectors), space (solar panel electrical connectors)  and fiber optics (feed through), and other mechanical precision related work.

From the beginning LEURS PRECISION strived to produce as much as possible in house. Starting small with 1 milling machine, we currently have an extensive range of machinery, ranging from conventional to CNC. We also have a sinker EDM, tool grinder, engraving machine and blasting cabinet (including glass bead blasting). Latest machine (2025) is a rubber vulcanization press to make small batches of rubber parts ourselves.
